  • Service unavailability exceeding 24 hours
  • Technical issues preventing service access

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed mock tests or assessments
  • Subscriptions active for more than 7 days
  • Individual test attempts that have been used

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request through support
  2. Include order/transaction details
  3. Explain reason for refund
  4. Processing time: 5-7 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel subscription anytime through dashboard
  • Access continues until current period ends
  • No partial refunds for unused time
